What we collect

When you apply to become a contributor, we collect: your name, email, phone number, and address; a government-issued ID document (National ID, driver's license, voter's card, or passport); a live face photo captured during signup; your education, work history, and skill areas; and, if you're approved and paid, your PayPal or AirTM account identifier.

We also record technical information when you sign up and sign in: your IP address, the country and network that IP appears to come from (looked up through a third-party IP-location service), whether the connection looks like a VPN or proxy, and the location and device of each sign-in. We use this only to spot fake-location, duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Why we collect it

The ID and face photo are used solely to verify that applicants are who they say they are before we grant access to paid tasks and client data. Contact and payment details are used to communicate with you and to pay you for approved work.

Who can see it

Your full application, including your ID and face photo, is visible only to TaskBridge AI administrators, who access it through an authenticated admin account. You can see your own information by logging into the contributor portal. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the platform and pay you: Supabase (database and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Brevo (email delivery), an IP-location lookup service, and the payment providers PayPal and AirTM. They handle data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

If your application is rejected, your ID document and face photo are deleted from our systems immediately. If you're approved, your information is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated files. Contact support through the portal or at the email address on this site to make a request.

Security

ID documents and face photos are stored in a private storage location that is not publicly accessible; only authenticated administrators can retrieve them, and only via temporary, time-limited links generated for that purpose.
